I paid for a tablet and shipping Via Fedex found it at the door to the when I opened the screen was cracked contacted Fedex, also the supplier and the selling agent to get a refund or replacement. Fedex stated they a have a contract with the shipper and only obligated to settle with them. In the mean time I am out$154.36 and no one wants to pay for the damages.
But if you pay for the reshipping of the product at your loss of approximately $60.00 they will repay the $154.36 so in reality you have to be willing to take a loss on a new product due to poor shipping habits, on all parties involved.
They also feel we owe them for their mistakes.
This is what our economy is coming to.... the greed is outrageous .... Smile
